Andrew Erickson
Senior Consultant

Andy has over 19 years of solid experience and education in the “sustainable approach” to organization transformation -- specifically, how to support implementation of Lean / Toyota Production System tools by simultaneously addressing environmental, social, organizational and profitability requirements. He addresses the need for a more integrated approach to avoid the set-backs so many organizations face when implementing lean. Andy is an expert in implementing lean and making it stick, as demonstrated by his ability to lead several teams down this path at Boeing and other large organizations throughout his career. Andy is very adept at training and coaching, and is very entertaining.



Daniel J. Kocer, PE
Senior Consultant

Dan is President of Kocer Consulting and Engineering and has over 20 years experience with designing and improving production, distribution and administrative operations and business systems. Dan has helped scores of companies, both large and small, and has experience managing and directing production and distribution operations. Professional organizations include Board of Directors for Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), Board of Directors, Kent Chamber of Commerce, APICS, and Lean Institute, and founded Best Practice Tours, a professional organization for executives and managers that desire to share distribution and manufacturing best practices through on-site tours and presentations of successful operations in the Puget Sound Area.



Warren Huckabay
Senior Consultant

From 1966 to 1987, Warren served as an officer in the U.S. Army serving in staff and leadership positions in Logistics and Procurement Management including assignments with the Defense logistics Agency. Since leaving the Army, Warren has been teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in operations management and has been working with clients to implement ERP software. His educational achievements include earning a Masters In Industrial Management and a Doctorate in Business Administration.
